Shipping Information


We offer free standard delivery for UK address and shipments are arranged via Royal Mail delivery service. In most cases, orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase pending availability and credit verification. Make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address. Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or on holidays.

If you placed pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Europe Delivery Options


Free delivery for orders over £100 // 3-5 business days £5 Standard delivery // 3-5 business days




International Delivery Options

Faulty Items


We sincerely apologies if you have experienced any damaged or incorrect item. Please send us an email at hello@allyjewellery.com with a photo of the defect or wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will provide further instruction. This is applicable for UK and overseas. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will replace and despatch as soon as possible.




Can i change or cancel my order?


We cannot make any changes once an order is placed, but you can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need. Please send us email to hello@allyjewellery.com right away and be sure to include your order number in your request.




Exchanges


We are unable to process exchanges. We recommend you to place an entirely new order if you want a different item(s) and return the item(s) that you don't want.





R E T U R N

Return Policy


We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! All orders will be inspected prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) to us* (There are some exceptions, please refer to non-qualifying products on the next tab). Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. No question asked. Please ensure that your returns are sent back in its original condition, with the original packaging, unworn, no wear or tear, have tags still attached. To return, please request return authorization via email us at hello@allyjewellery.com, let us know your order number which can be found on your email confirmation. You will then receive an email for further instuction. Please note that we do not accept any returns after 14 days of receipt. The cost of returns must be paid by the customer. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Allyjewellery. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our return policy. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.




Non-qualifying Products for Returns


Earrings are non-exchangeable/non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty at delivery. ​​ Shipping costs for UK express and next day delivery are not refunded unless items are faulty. We don't offer returns for any international/ European orders. We do not accept return or exchange for sale items, sale items are final sale.




When will i get my refund?


Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process it so we can look over the items and issue your money back. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.




Can i return a Pre-order item?


Yes you can return within the time frame allowed.




Can i return an items bought with a discount code?


Yes, items bought with a discount code can be returned within our accepted time frame.

Jewellery Care


We use high quality plating but with continuous wear tarnishing may occur. Each piece of ally jewellery should be handled with care at all times. Plated jewellery can tarnish over time when exposed to water, chemicals and beauty products. The best way to preserve product plating properties is avoiding contact with agents such as perfume, hairspray, makeup, body oil, sun lotion and deodorant. The jewellery should be the last thing to put on and the first thing to take off when dressing. Remove your jewellery before exercise or shower, and remove rings when washing your hands. ​Always store each pieces separately. If you have a known allergy, please be aware when purchasing our plated jewellery. Majority of the pieces used brass as base metal and all earrings posts are sterling silver.
